Reconstruction of Garden Wall in a Conservation Area

After a refused DIY planning application and then a poor experience with another company, the client contacted Planning By Design regarding a reconstructing a garden wall within a conservation area. As the client had already had planning advice from a town planner they were happy to proceed without us conducting a planning appraisal. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the planning statement and design and access statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statements have now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for reconstructing the garden wall.
