The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension, to the rear of the property, incorporating the existing small conservatory. The existing downstairs storage area will become a further bedroom, and the proposed new extended space will include a W/C and shower room, as well as a sitting area at the rear. This will allow for the creation of further living space, which will enhance the living environment of the dwelling.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and requires planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners has prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with the householder planning application.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the single storey rear extension.
