Rear Dormer Extension and Relocation of Solar Panels

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed rear dormer extension and relocation of existing solar panels to the front elevation and on top of the proposed dormer, both to facilitate a loft conversion.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a Lawful Development Certificate. 

One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement/Evidence to Verify Application, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval the architect drawings and Planning Statement/Evidence to Verify Application were submitted with a Lawful Development Certificate application. 

The Lawful Development Certificate for rear dormer extension and relocation of existing solar panels to the front elevation and on top of the proposed dormer to facilitate a loft conversion has now been approved.
