The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey rear infill extension to facilitate additional incidental living space within the existing property.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for the single storey rear infill extension.
