The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey rear extension to provide much needed further living space to the occupants, increasing the residential amenity of the dwelling.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and requires planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners has prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved.
With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with the householder planning application.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the single storey rear extension.
