The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed side porch extension.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the side porch extension was feasible but would require planning permission, via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved. 

With the client's approval, a householder planning application has now been submitted with the necessary drawings and planning statement. 

Planning Permission has now been approved for the clients new side porch extension.

Following planning permission approval the client also instructed us to produce the building regulations drawings and structural engineering calculations, which can be viewed below.
