The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed front porch. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the porch was feasible but would require planning permission, via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, a householder planning application has now been submitted with the necessary drawings and planning statement. Planning Permission has now been approved for a new front porch!
