The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed porch. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that a new porch is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved by the planning authority. With the client's approval, the householder planning application has now been submitted with all the necessary drawings and planning statements. Planning permission has now been approved for the porch.
