The client approached Planning By Design following the refusal of planning permission for the retrospective erection of an outbuilding in the rear garden.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and therefore the decision should be appealed.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the Appeal statement of the case for planning application refusal to justify why the appeal should be approved.
The appeal has now been approved, and planning permission granted for the retrospective erection of an outbuilding in the rear garden.
