Planning Appeal for a Double Storey Extension

The client approached Planning By Design after planning permission was refused for a proposed double storey extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the double storey extension is feasible and therefore the decision should be appealed. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the planning statement, to justify why appeal should be approved. The appeal has now been approved and planning permission granted for the double storey extension.
