The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new build house. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and an application for outline planning permission was the best way forward. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved by the local planning authority. With the clients approval, everything has now been submitted. Outline planning permission has now been approved for the new build house. This means the client can now either submit a matters reserved planning application to get full planning permission for the final design with a high degree of confidence that it will be approved. Alternatively, they could sell the land with a planning gain to another developer.
