The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed outbuilding to use as a child minding facility / nursery. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a full planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a comprehensive planning statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application was been submitted with the drawings and planning statement. The application has now been approved.
