Outbuilding to be used as a Workshop

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding following planning approval for a new outbuilding wanting to change the materials and use it as a workshop. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via an application for a Non-Material Amendment. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a comprehensive planning statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application was been submitted with the drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the non-material amendment to use the garage as a workshop.
