The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new outbuilding to be used as a workshop. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a comprehensive planning and design and access statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application was been submitted with the drawings and planning statement. The planning application has now been approved.
