The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed outbuilding after their first application was refused. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and as the permitted development rights have been removed at the site a planning appeal was the best course of action. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings which the client has approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary planning statement, to justify planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and planning statement.
