Outbuilding

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new outbuilding. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a comprehensive planning statement, to justify how the proposed development meets the required planning policies and therefore should be approved. With the client's approval, the planning application has been submitted with the archtiect drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the outbuilding.
