The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new outbuilding. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a comprehensive planning statement, to justify why the planing authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application has been submitted with the drawings and planning statement. Planning Permission has now been approved for the outbuilding.
