Non-Material Amendment to Permission to Incorporate Windbreaks on Awning Structure

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed modifications to a recently approved planning application. The client wish to incorporate windbreaks on both sides of the existing awning structure. The proposed amendment includes adding two side bars to the structure to support retractable windbreaks.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed changes were feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a Non Material Amendment planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval everything has been submitted with an application.

Planning permission for a non material amendment has now been approved.
