New Porch Entrance Side Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new single-storey side extension / entrance porch which will be developed through the use of similar materials as the existing property which will be an extension to an existing small porch area in situ which will include the provision of a new downstairs washroom.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for new porch entrance side extension.

Following planning approval for the new porch entrance side extension the client also instructed us to produce the building regulations drawings, which can be viewed below.
