The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new dropped kerb to enable client’s private vehicle crossing over the existing public pavement to access the front drive.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but would required planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and design and access statement.
The planning application has now been approved for a proposed new dropped kerb.
