The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new build house. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and given a strong likelihood of success an application for full planning permission was advised as the best course of action. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence to be submitted with an application for full planning permission. With the clients approval the application has been submitted with everything required.
