The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new 2 bedroom bungalow in the garden. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that although the project may be feasible, due to some planning constraints a formal pre-application was the best course of action. This would increase the likelihood of success, while also limiting risk and costs for the client. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design one of our chartered town planners has prepared the required supporting evidence to justify why the proposed new build bungalow is appropriate and should be approved. With the clients approval a formal pre-application has now been submitted with the architect drawings and supporting evidence.
