The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed creation of access to the highway, installation of a permeable driveway with visibility splay, removal of fencing and vehicle crossover.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and could be permitted development via the submission of a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Evidence to Verify Application for a Lawful Development Certificate, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the client's approval, the planning application has been submitted, together with the drawings and Evidence to Verify Application for a Lawful Development Certificate.
