Creation of a New Access and a Driveway

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed creation of a new access into the property and the construction of a new driveway after unsuccessful DIY planning application. 

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but their application did not include everything required.

An accurate topographic survey of the site was prepared. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the clients approval the planning application has been submitted, together with an accurate topographic survey of the site, the drawings and planning statement.

Planning permission has now been approved for creation of a new access into the property and the construction of a new driveway .
