The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed loft conversion to include installation of roof lights at the front and the rear. The proposal will create an additional bedroom in the loft space.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a lawful development certificate.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement/evidence to verify application to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved.
With the client's approval, everything has been submitted with an application for a lawful development certificate.
A lawful development certificate for loft conversion with addition roof lights to front and rear has now been approved.
