The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed rear dormer extension to facilitate loft conversion to create additional habitable space.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with a lawful development certificate application.
The lawful development certificate for loft conversion to create aditional habitable space has now been approved.
