The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed loft conversion into a habitable bedroom and office space.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with a householder planning application.
The lawful development certificate for the loft conversion into a habitable and bedroom space has now been approved.
