The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed loft conversion for provision of an extra bedroom and en-suite, and installation of two rooflights.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Evidence to Verify Statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval the architect drawings and Evidence to Verify Statement were submitted with a Lawful Development certificate application.
