Loft Conversion, Dormer Windows, Roof Lights, Porch and Decking with Balustrade

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed loft conversion, rear dormer windows, roof lights, porch and decking with balustrade. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statement have now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the loft conversion, rear dormer windows, roof lights, porch and decking with balustrade.
