The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed installation of 2 interconnected converted shipping containers to be used as ancillary accommodation for the dwelling, and associated access (installation of gate for pedestrian access).
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and Planning Statement were submitted with a Lawful Development certificate application.
