Infill Extension of the Existing Car Port

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed front infill extension of the existing car port. All external features will be moved internally e.g. electric/gas box at the front of the property, so the extension will become flush with the rest of the building. The additional floorspace created with the infill extension will create a new and larger kitchen compared to existing.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners has prepared the required planning, design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved. The architect drawings and planning, design and access statement were submitted with the application.

Planning permission has now been approved for the front infill extension of the existing car port.
