The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed house in multiple occupancy (HMO). Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required supporting evidence, to justify why the planning application should be approved by the planning authority.
