The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed glass balustrade on an existing roof terrace. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the design and access statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the drawings and planning statement have now been submitted with the planning application.
