The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed gates installation to the front and security fencing to the side of an existing shared parking area.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved.
Planning permission has now been approved for gates installation to the front and security fencing to the side of an existing shared parking area.
