Garden Wall with Metal Railings

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed brick garden wall with metal railings. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the garden wall is feasible and would require planning approval via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the design and access statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statement were now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for a brick garden wall with metal railings.
