The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed garden wall. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and design and access statement have now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the proposed garden wall.
