Garden Shed

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed new garden shed. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the client's approval, the planning application has been submitted with the architect drawings and planning statement. Planning Permission has now been approved for the garden shed.
