The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garden room which would contain a bar and pool table. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project was feasible but would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence. With the clients approval the drawings and supporting evidence were submitted with a householder planning application. The council has now approved the application and granted planning permission for the garden room.
