Garage Demolition and Erection of Double Storey Side Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of existing garage and single storey extension, and erection of new double storey side extension.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.

 One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the demolition of existing garage and single storey extension, and erection of new double storey side extension.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the demolition of existing garage and single storey extension, and erection of new double storey side extension.
