Garage Demolition and Construction of Ancillary Annexe

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of a garage and construction of a new ancillary annexe. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that demolition of the garage and construction of a new annexe were feasible and will require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the clients approval a the planning application was submitted with the architect drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the demolition of the garage and the construction of a new ancillary annexe.
