The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garage conversion into a dining room and storage area. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that garage conversion was feasible and requires planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.
Planning permission has now been approved to convert the garage into a dining room and storage area.
Following planning approval for the garage conversion the client also instructed us to produce the building regulations drawings, which can be viewed below.
