The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garage conversion into a home office. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that converting the garage into a home office is feasible and will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the clients approval the drawings and statement were submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved to convert the garage into an office.
