The client approached Planning By Design after having a planning appraisal with another company because they were unhappy with the service and quote provided. One of our chartered town planners conducted a planning appraisal and confirmed that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement to justify why the proposed garage conversion should be approved by the planning authority. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement have now been submitted with a householder planning application.
