The client approached Planning By Design regarding retrospective planning permission for a garage conversion, internal alterations, and a pergola. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that garage conversion, internal alterations, and pergola were feasible but required planning permission via a household planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for all 3 project components.
