The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garage conversion at the front of the property for the provision of additional incidental living space.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that garage conversion is feasible but will require planning permission via a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the client's approval, the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and Planning Statement.
Planning permission has now been approved for garage conversion.
