The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed garage conversion and bi-fold doors to the rear of the property. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that garage conversion and bi-fold doors were feasible and potentially would be considered Permitted Development, so we recommended an application for a Lawful Development Certificate. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. The application has now been approved!
