The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed conversion of the existing detached domestic garage in the dwelling’s curtilage.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission via a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary Design, Access and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. With the client's approval, the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and Design, Access and Heritage Statement.
Planning permission has now been approved for a garage conversion.
