Front Porch Extension

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed new porch to front (east elevation) of the dwelling, attached to the existing garage, that will replace the existent porch/storage structure.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the porch is feasible and would require planning permission, via the submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved by the planning authority. With the clients approval a householder planning application was submitted together with the drawings and design and access statement.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the front porch extension.
