The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed french doors onto a roof top balcony. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the planning application should be approved by the planning authority.
