The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a four-bay garage and log store with a mostly open aesthetic (aside from solid oak doors to the end bay) within the curtilage, situated to the side (southwest) of the dwelling plot, north of the existing barn structure.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for erection of a four-bay garage and log store.
